We produce a venue specification, this sets out the ideal and essential requirements for the event. This venue specification is sent to potential venues and put online. We keep our clients confidential throughout this process to ensure you do not receive unwanted marketing materials from venues.
We clearly set out in a report what we feel is the most suitable venue for your event for you to consider. This will take into account your budget and also the requirements within the venue specification.
We coordinate site visits for you to look around the venue. You can see all the photos in the world, but you will not know if the venue is suitable for you until you have looked around.
We support with the management of the venue - ensuring the venue have all of your event details to ensure the smooth delivery of the event.
