I reached out to BA as I initially required AV support for a stakeholder conference but after meeting Luke and his team, I felt complete confidence to hand the management of the event over to the team. They took care of everything from venue sourcing to sending out the invites, managing RSVPs, being on hand on the day to support with the meet and greets, hosting, and so much more! We’ve worked with BA Events for many years and we’re always impressed with Luke’s creativity, enthusiasm and drive. 2020 was a difficult year where we had to adapt our organisation quickly to remote working and introduce new digital tools and technologies. Needing to move our event online this year posed a challenge for us, thankfully a colleague introduced us to BA Events. From that first introduction, we were comfortable that Luke and Ben understood our vision for the event and the sentiment we wished to convey to our volunteers and partners. There are extremely knowledgeable about the use of online platforms, taking time with us to explain the process and the benefits of different aspects of the system made the decision process much easier. We commissioned BA Events because from the outset they got fully immersed into understanding what the GRC wanted to achieve from this event. They demonstrated professionalism and commitment at every stage to maximise benefits and outcomes for both the GRC and event stakeholders. BA Events were pivotal to making the event a very successful GRC launch and the proof was in the electric and positive atmosphere on the day. The after event care by BA Events was also brilliant.
It has been a genuine pleasure to work with BA Events and Rennie Consulting on the design and delivery of our refresher training. Filming in a live railway environment with frontline teams is always a challenge, but the skill and patience of this team ensured that the final product is slick, professional and, most importantly, emphasises the importance of delivering fantastic service to all our customers, no matter what their personal circumstances are.
