We meet with you to plan what you want to achieve from the workshop. We create a plan setting out the structure of the session and how we are going to deliver it.
We plan a custom workshop for you. This is where we start to develop all the details. We really get under the skin of your organisation and the people who will be attending the workshop to ensure we deliver the best results.
Our team of facilitators will then deliver the workshop. The role of a facilaiton is to maximise the engagement of attendees, ensure everyone is listened too and most important to achieve the workshop objectives.
Following the workshop, we produce the outputs in a format that is useful for you.

Needing to move our event online this year posed a challenge for us, thankfully a colleague introduced us to BA Events. From that first introduction, we were comfortable that Luke and Ben understood our vision for the event and the sentiment we wished to convey to our volunteers and partners. BA Events are more than just an events company. They really managed the event seamlessy from start to end. They really get under the skin of exactly what it is we need from them and the outputs that we’re looking at for the day. And because they’d done the first event they were familiar with what we did the previous year and worked with us to ensure that we didn’t deliver the same event again.
